French Businessman Will Pay All Hijab Fines

A Famous Rich French Businessman named Rachid Nekkaz has announced to pay all Hijab fines that will be done to women who will wear Hijabs on roads in France. For this purpose  Rachid Nekkaz has also set a $1 Million Euro fund.
